The place is clean, the room is fashionable, the staff is helpful and patient. The location is secure and peaceful, 1 mile from Karaouiyne University. It has good choice of meals to offer, the food is amazing.

Stunningly beautiful hotel located just next door to medina and auto-way as well as the outskirts of the medina. Well furnished and reasonably large room facing garden. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, great food, outstandingly accommodating staff. The pool area is very clean too. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Every time in Fez we stay in this hotel. Well furnished and reasonably large rooms complete with modern conveniences and balcony and great view. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware are a nice touch. The location is unbeatable, 5 minutes' walk to Medersa Bouanania Seminary. There is a nice restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from venue.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

Everything was amazing, the parking was nearby, the room was nicely furnished. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with balcony overlooking the fez medina, the bed was spacious. The breakfast was generous with a huge variety of dishes to choose from.

We had an amazing weekend at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and offered us a late check-in, which allowed us to rest after a long journey. Although we loved our room and the overall design of the hotel, some of the furniture seemed outdated and could use an upgrade. The bathroom was missing a drawer, and the shower had some plumbing issues that caused flooding.
